Heritage Construction Enterprises, Inc.

Review: Heritage Construction Enterprises did work at our property in May 2013. I registered a complaint about unsatisfactory work in July 2013 and was told to wait until Spring 2014 to have warranty work done since more things would crop up.

In May 2014 the president of the company met with my husband and me at the property and agreed to repairs we were requesting, saying all would be done relatively quickly.

After a years worth of emails, which I have copies of, in which the company responded saying things would be taken care of but kept pushing back the timeframe, no repairs have been done and problems keep getting worse. At a face-to-face meeting with the same person in mid-May 2015, my husband and I were again told all repairs would be done. Still nothing has been done and the latest response from the president of the company was that he doesn't have the money to do the repairs to a project that we paid in full for and have been trying to have repaired for 2 years.

Repairs need to be made ASAP as a roofing issue is involved and could result in more major damage to the home.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the repairs completed by the end of August 2015 or have Heritage Construction Enterprises pay the bills we incur from other companies to have the required repairs made.
