I have lived in Heritage apts for yearsI had continuous issues in the apt with the air conditioning unit, where my power bill made it up to almost for a small aptHe refused to have the air conditioning unit replaced or fixed by a professionalHe continually harassed us for having my children and newborn granddaughter visitFinally, I moved out of my apt, but my landlord has refused to refund my depositI moved out and turned in the keys before the end of SeptemberHe stated that he was charging me for curtains, and the carpet and not sweeping the floorI told him that it is against the law to withhold a deposit for wear and tearHe stated he was not refunding my deposit, he felt we were even and hung up
