Heritage Air and Heat

Run! Do not use this company. Had new AC installed on a Thursday, they left and it wasn't working. They sent someone out on Friday, in and SUV with basically no tools/parts to fix anything, only confirmed it wasn't working and left. Saturday morning I called as soon as they opened and they refused to send anyone out to fix it until Monday. Completely unacceptable, complete incompetence from a company. I called American Home Shield and had them cancel the service and now have to wait for a new, hopefully competent AC company to install a working, new AC unit.

Last year, this company installed my upstairs unit, and thankfully it works fine, however my sprinkler they installed it on top of does not.

No regard for quality service and fixing their mistakes.

He arrived with no tools except his iphone and simply had taken a photo. He didn't have a ladder to access the vents int he attic and when he found a damper unplugged, he became outraged and accusatory...he basically blamed me for unplugging it. This was a recent home purchase and I have an injured back; therefore, I wouldn't have known about an unplugged servo motor nor would I have climbed up into the attic. He wasn't prepared to troubleshoot. The real problem was with the circuit board in the central air & heat closet on the 2nd floor; this circuit board was fixed by another business. Contractor:AIRMAX, INC (SHERMAN)Phone: (XXX) XXX-XXXX and I would recommend Airmax again. As for Heritage, the service tech had to use our kitchen *** ladder because he didn't bring one and he did nothing but complain. Clearly he lacked in customer service skills and he refused to listen. He said he would send another tech or talk to his manager. Clearly this was not done. I had figured he had abandoned the job but on 11/21/2017 he submitted a request to be paid to the home warranty company and this resulted in a $75 bill sent to me. He did not troubleshoot the system, another company had to be called, and the work was completed by Airmax. This kid needs to go back to HVAC school and learn to be customer friendly; otherwise, he should not be a customer facing reprsentative of ANY business.
