For the last 6 months our college basketball team has been attempting to get championship rings produced and a majority of us have been unsuccessful. 2 were able to get the rings after constantly attempting to reach the sales person Russell N who handles the account out of ***. I know another complaint has also been submitted for this individual as well. He does not respond to emails or return calls and I am trying very hard to give him our business. When I contact the main customer service line they bounce me from person to person until I hit a dead end and am told the only person who can handle the account is Russell N. We have a whole team trying to give *** our business and they shockingly don't want it. I can't even understand why a sales person would avoid business to this extent. It should not be this difficult to have our order processed.
