I had the misfortune to do business with this company for their water services and when returning to their shop this evening top make an exchange of bottles they refused to fulfill a water contract with me that had been well established because they didn't like the bottles that I brought in -- bottles that I had received from their store in the past. Not only that but they were argumentative in the face of obvious proof that I had- in their own files even that the bottles were from their store and I had a water contract with them. I offered a number of options to resolve the issue since I obviously had a contract for the water. They refused a refund or exchange. They also didn't follow their own policies for cleanliness telling me that I could have the water - but I had to put it in my dirty bottles - which is unheard of! They also refused to refund money for the bottles or the water contract I had purchased from them. I just handed over a significant amount of cash tonight and got nothing but aggravation and arguments from whom I can only guess is the manager. I may have lost some cash but at least I will never have to set foot in their store again. Very not impressed.
