Review: herb fry inc installed a paver walkway at my location. the walkway was repaired by several different subcontractors over a two year period at herb fry`s request. the repairs did not improve the defective issues ie , shifting pavers and under foundations , bellies and valleys in which water accumulates creating ice in winter and cockeyed retaining walls that may prove to be beyond repair if not remedied soon. herb fry inc refused to make the proper and necessary repairs claiming the two year guarantee stated in the contract. since I had hired this contractor in the past , very satisfactorily I felt certain mr fry would stand behind his work and make the necessary repairs and gave him several opportunities to do so but to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like for the repairs to be made properly and permanently once and for all as the existing situation is a danger to people using the walkway.
