I was not even sure that it was our company that caused the stainIf it was my employee, she will not admit it I just tried to do what I could to helpI used multiple stain remover products to try to get it upI had Stanley Steamer to come out and clean it and they got about 90% of the
stain upI even went as far as saying I would replace that part of the carpetThey then sent me a bill for thousands of dollars to replace their whole carpetI told them I am not replacing all of thatI have been in business for many years and never received a complaint because I go above and beyond for my customersI went above and beyond for this customer as wellAgain, I do not know if it was our fault in the first placeMy employee is denying it
