Mr. Williams refused to answer any questions, only saying he didn't have time to do so. He was unable to fix my water heater. He actually accused me of trying to scam my home warranty into giving me a new water heater. To beat all he told my warranty company that I did not pay my deductible. I assume this genius lost it.
