Her Paint and Body

I foolishly chose Her Paint and Body to do the repairs on my 2013 XTS; back in September of 2019; the owner told me she could do the work no problem; She said she needed to do supplement because the initial estimate done by the adjuster was low; the supplement was done by Allstate and the repair shop; when I got the vehicle back several of the repairs had not been completed but the repair shop had already forged my name on the check and cashed it;

on Sunday February 16 while driving to San Antonio my bumper (that had just been repaired by her paint and body) flew off on the back and right rear of the vehicle; I drug the bumper approx. 600 yards before I could stop safely and pull over; I was able to get the bumper in my trunk and finish my trip; the next day when I got back to Houston I took the vehicle to Her Paint and Body and was told by the owner that she was not going to warranty the work
