I order three jogger sets on November 11th and I haven't received my merchandise. I've tried several times to reach out thru emails and dm thru Instagram.

Ordered an item 9/10, send serval emails to company that went unanswered, opened a dispute with paypal, correspondence with unanswered.
Ordered an item 9/10, send serval emails to company that went unanswered, opened a dispute with paypal, correspondence with unanswered. Was sent a fraudentent pre shipping tracking number on the 9/27 and have not recieved any updated infomation on my item.

I have reached out to this company several times (via email and via their social media account) in regard to my order and I continue to be ignored. I initially emailed the company twice to exchange my items for a larger size and I received no response. I reached out on social media and was told to send my items back in exchange for store credit and with the store credit I could order the size I needed. I sent my items back and waited about 2 weeks before reaching out again to ask about my store credit and received a delayed response. They sent me a code via instagram that I would be able to use to order my items. During my attempt to order my items, I saw that each item was no longer in stock. Again, I reached out to the store via Instagram to notify them about my issue and I asked for a full refund. I saw that they viewed my message, but they did not and will not respond to me. Had they responded to my first email, I would have been able to exchange my items without problem. This company has demonstrated lack professionalism and I want my money back as I will not being shopping with them any longer. I wanted the particular items that I initially ordered and now that they are no longer in stock I do not want to order anything else.
