Review: Ordered bed from overstock.com on 11/29/13, shipped on 12/13/13 through hepdirect. Was supposed to deliver in dec, but was delayed until 1/24/14 (2 weeks after my shoulder surgery). I called customer service to explain that I can't lift the furniture in my room and was told it would be ok. When the delivery guys showed up on 1/24, they refused to help me move the old furniture out of the room, as I was told they would, and refused to deliver the bed. The delivery guys said they would return later that day with the bed if I could clear the room. I managed to move the furniture with my one arm and called the delivery guys several times to return with my bed. Unfortunately, they never returned, and I have been forced to sleep on the floor (2 weeks after my surgery) since then. I have tried calling/emailing several times for redelivery , but they make little to no effort to accommodate. It's now been 2 months since I ordered the bed, and I'm still sleeping on the floorDesired Settlement: I would like my bed delivered as soon as possible. I noticed this company has several similar complaints, and I certainly will never do business with them again.
