Henson's Fiberglass, Inc.

I could not be happier with the job that Henson’s Fiberglass did on resurfacing our swimming pool. Tom Hensen and his helper seemed to be perfectionists. We were really pleased with the final results and at a very fair price. In addition Tom Henson was there himself doing most of the more important work. I would also like to put in a plug for a fiberglass surface. We had our pool built in 1974. It was a plaster pool. We had to have it re-plastered about 12 years later, and then in 1994 (eight years later) it had to be resurfaced again. This time we had it fiber glassed. I was amazed at the difference. We no longer had to continually add acid. We had no problem with black algae. We had a Kreepy Krawly, and it seemed that the pool took care of itself. Without going into too much detail I was incredibly pleased with fiberglass. After 22 more years we had to have the pool resurfaced again, and we wanted fiberglass. There was only one contractor that did the fiber glassing, Henson’s Fiberglass. I was delighted when I heard about them. And, as I said, they did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This company is dishonest ruined our pool and pool decking. They subbed our work out to an unlicensed contractor. We filed with the ROC who filed a judgement against Henson's Fiberglass Inc. The City of Phoenix also came out and red tagged the work. Our pool is leaking and now we have to deal with their unprofessional and incompetent patch work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
