Purchased a used 2018 Ford F350 from Henson. This was sold to me as a "clean, one-owner, never wrecked, truck"
After the purchase, the problems started very quickly. 1) They had promised to replace the windshield. (4 months) 2) Found out that this truck has had several either wrecks or instances of damage. (Front end, drivers side front, drivers door, cab, drivers side rear quarter.) This was CONFIRMED by two Ford body shops. (Sent quotes to Henson).
2) Truck is a 1-ton dually rated to pull over 30,000GVW. But when pulling my 16,000lb travel trailer the engine is getting hot with warning on the dash.

Henson ford replaced the windshield about two weeks ago and attempted to fix the damaged drivers door. They did not fix the engine as they said "no problem found".

Main issues- After speaking with mgmt MANY times, I was told indeed, their body shop had repaired the truck prior to selling me this damaged truck. However they said they are done repairing ANY other damage they attempted to repair.
They also gave the truck back without fixing the overheating issue.
Current issues are -
They refuse to do anything else to fix this truck.
They tried to sell me another, more expensive truck (no help financially)
They refuse to take the truck back and give me my money back
Truck still has door problems (drivers door).
The body shop estimates are from $4k to 8k to repaire this truck.
Loss of Value claim is at least $10k off the value of the truck. I can't trade this truck without being hit with a lower value than I purchased it as. (Even they wont give me my full purchase price back)

Have tried for many months now to get them to fix this truck or get me out of it.
I keep getting the run-around and pointed to more expensive trucks they want to sell me.

I thought the easy fix here was for them to repair the original damage to the the truck THEY tried to repair.
But they are refusing to fix THEIR repair of the truck.
They are also saying they can't fix the over-heating engine

Again, this has gone on since last Oct 2019

I am sorry I just got this we have already spoken and have begun looking for a resolution and having the tires replaced. I am glad we could work on getting this resolved .

I am rejecting this response because:

1) Tire situation is dangerous to drive on. Have been told to immediately address the oversized

by Discount Tire and the local Ford dealer. Henson Ford has known this for over a month. There has been no attention to this dangerous situation.

2) The wrecked truck Henson Ford sold me has been giving me the run-around since 10/2019

They say on Facebook that everyone with bad credit is approved and it's a 123 step process is not correct I did the 1 2 3 process and didn't get nothing so I feel like it is false advertising

Along with that you will find a copy of the mailer that was sent out during this sale. Please take notice to the box that is circled in red, as it clearly states "Win $25,$50,$100 or $250 in Gift Cards!."While there is no intent of misleading the customer, we understand that there was misinterpretation of the mailer. In the letter from our General Manager to Mr. he will find a $100 gift certificate to our dealership that ca be used at any of our 3 Madisonville locations. If there is any other concerns, or questions please direct them to me at the information you will find below.Sincerely

I did not sign up to win anything still more lies I filed out the application to get a truck easy as 123 never received the truck? I've heard so many different stories it's unreal one person says we are going to help you get into a truck but it never happens that's why I'm rejecting I was misled in to believeing that I was going to get a truck even said they would help but never did that's were I was misrepresented...

Sir,

The program is as I provided in the previous response. It is easy as 123 . Complete the application , pick your ride , then pick your delivery method. Subject to approved credit . Which means a min credit score approved by a lender with the minimum down payment required by the lender . If you are unable to meet the requirements of the lender it is not a failure on our part to provide a vehicle . It is on your part not meeting the requirements of the bank.

The misrepresentation must be both false and fraudulent, in order to make the party making it liable for damages.Restatement (Second) of Torts § 552 defines a negligent misrepresentation as:"One who, in the course of his business, profession or employment, or in any transaction in which he has a pecuniary interest, supplies false information for the guidance of others in their business transactions, is subject to liability for pecuniary loss caused to them by their justifiable reliance upon the information, if he fails to exercise reasonable care or competence in obtaining or communicating the information." Your company misrepresented me your company admitted that they did so I'm not going to Argue with ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
The company had advertised that garentteed credit on any vehicle regardless of credit through lonestar truck loans they said they would deliver the truck to me and lied I never received it and then I filed it with the Revdex.com and they responded and said they that they misrepresented me and would send a hundred dollar voucher to me I never received that either they lie and cheat people out of vehicles and say one thing and never honor what they say they lied to me and the Revdex.com I don't trust a thing Henson Brand says they cheat people out of cars and lie ?8

On Saturday October 7 2017

I received a mailer from Henson Motor inc

Within the mailer a gift card was won according to the scratch off sticker.
There was also a number to call to input a number for instant win.
I called the number and won a 100 dollar gift card.
I was required to appear to receive the gift car or an optional cash amount if they so choose.
I instead was handed 4 25$ gift card booklet for 4 different stores none of them being Henson motor inc.
I informed them I was not happy with the booklet as it was not a 100 dollar git card or 100 dollars cash
I left the 4 25 $ card booklet with them and returned home called and verified that their owner knew they where doing these contests and informed them I would be contacting the Revdex.com

The manager informed me that he had no idea these types of practices are illegal he was polite and apologized to me that I was unhappy with my experience.
I requested to have my information removed from their system and he agreed.

I now contact the Revdex.com for Dispute Resolution.

Explicit or implicit representation that goods or services have sponsorship, approval, characteristics, ingredients, uses, benefits or quantities which they do not have or that a person has a sponsorship, approval, status, affiliation, or connection which he does not

They attempted to foist gift cards from other company's in the amount of 4 at 25 dollars each on me in place of a 100 dollar gift card.

No where was it mentioned that a 100 dollar gift card amount could be substituted by 4 25$ cards nor did it mention that the gift cards would be to other businesses or store credit.

Their mailer and its call in program also did not mention anything other then a 100 dollar gift card or cash in place of it.

The goods and services where represented as being from the location where Henson motor company resided as it was where you had to appear to receive the goods.

The mailers Explicitly named Henson motor company as the sponsorship representative and they had mailers all over their offices.
