5/13/16-I just hired Henry for a resurfacing job for my large driveway. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend him to anyone with similar work needing to be done. I appreciated his approach in giving me different options to address my project and his consistent communication on status and progress. He oversaw the job being done and followed up on the work. Very professional in aspects, don't hesitate to hire him.

Henry and his crew did a driveway refinish for me on 4/14/16 and I was very pleased with their work. Review: This company sealed my driveway on 3/15/14. I called [redacted] on 3/16/14 to explain the job was not finished to the standards we agreed to. [redacted] called me back on 3/17/14 and explained he would come by in the next two weeks to redo the job.[redacted] did not show up and after 2 weeks I called [redacted] again. He called me back and left a voice mail explaining that he would contact me on 4/2/14, to reschedule a time. [redacted] did not call on 4/2/14.I called [redacted] on 4/12/14 to get an explanation. [redacted] left a voice mail on 4/12/14 and explaining that he would completely re-seal the driveway and that he would call to schedule the date. [redacted] did not call.I called [redacted] on 4/24/14, and asked for a refund. [redacted] left a voice mail on 4/24/14 agreeing to a refund of $200 and asked that I text him my contact information. On 4/24/14, I sent [redacted] a text with my contact information.On 5/6/14, no refund had been received so I sent [redacted] a text asking when I could expect the refund. He replied, via text, that I should have the refund by 5/9/14.On 5/14/14, no refund had been received, so I sent a text asking for a status. There has been no reply.I have a receipt, voicemails and text messages to support the above exchanges.Desired Settlement: A refund of $200.
