We can only come to the conclusion that the original technician misdiagnosed the problem, someone ordered the wrong part, and they replaced a part that was not defectiveIn addition, they confused our information with another family in Petersburg, ILAgain, if the switch was bad, why is our washing machine still not draining? We are not satisfied with the owner's proposalMy wife and I refuse to have any of Henry's technicians visit our homeThey are always late and are obviously incompetentWe ask that this case be closed and we will never do business with Henry's again
