Not sure were to start with customers lies and fabrications of the truth! 1: check was deposited not cashed2: I said work would start two days prior to door delivery which was 2-week lead time3: I responded kindly on the 19th that I would start the 23rd repairing window trim and customer
never responded backI was not going to show up at property to do the work without a confirmation from customer, which is standard business practice. 4: project was to be delayed one week due to door delivery and customer proceeded to be confrontational in texts With his actions he created a hostile environment. As I try and over please my customers , there are tough people to deal with, and this customer happens to fall into that catergoryThe truth is one thing, but when you write nothing but lies I have no remorse for your actions
