The wife was not really involved in the sale. I never used high pressure sales in the many years I have been in business. The type of beef they bought was local, it was beef master cattle and it was very fresh and dry aged. I have never got complaints on that type of meat. She called me and told me... she was not happy with the meat. I told her I have different packs and would exchange it out for her, but then she informed me she only had 3 or 4 pieces of meat left out of the pack of 46 and that she fed some to the dogs. I told her there was a year guarantee on the meat, but since she only had 3 pieces left, there was nothing I could do. To me, it sounded like they ate it all and are trying to get something for nothing. If they had most of the meat left, I would have gladly exchanged it.
