I am rejecting this response because: the company never filed a claim with the shipperI filed the claimThree weeks later and I'm still waiting on the status of the claim that fedex stated takes to daysI don't believe the company has tried to follow up on the claim.

Once we know weather or not they will. We will send out replacement unit either on our dime. Or fed exs dime,...

but not on the customers dime. It is unfortunate that they are experiencing delays with the project. However we have replacement unit ordered, and either way they will be receiving a new unit.
