Service Director had an appointment with customer *** ***, in May and they reviewed her vehicle togetherResult showed her CV axle had a seep and the axle seal was also showing a slight seepNeither of which needed immediate attention as indicated by the “yellow category” on the Know Your
Vehicle Report (MPI); reviewed by the service advisorThere was some miscommunication between the advisor and the customer in explaining the immediate need for a repair vs a “heads-up”Customer is clear on report findings and understands we will continue to monitor the concernVehicle concerns are covered under customers warranty which has also been reviewed with her. *** *** ###-###-####
