I was charged twice for the wrong amount and recieieved disgusting, horrible service at Henderson Tap House I reserved a table for people months in advance for my birthdayWhen we arrived one of the tables was not ready and had people sitting at itIt took minutes before the family leftOur drinks took over minutes to get, and were wrong or contained no liquorThis happened to almost every one in our partyWe were told we would be given a fish bowl upon arrival because they had given our section away to someone elseAfter reading their menu, it said we would already recieve a fish bowl for each friends broughtI should have recieved based on what management told me [redacted] Foust was the manager I was in touch with, and she was helpful until I arrivedShe was rude and ignored our requests for better serviceThey did not itemize our receipts, and came out with a long list of chargesWe had to determine what each of us orderedOnce we finally had that figure

I opened a tab with a server that was nowhere to be found thereafterI was given my tab when I asked for it, and I paid in cashI realized the next day that my card was never given back to meIn addition to that, my card was charged when I had already paid in cashI call the next day during their posted business hours and no one answered until 4pmThey claim they cannot find the cardI check with my bank and the card was swiped hours after I had already leftManagement offered nothing for compensation of being overchargedI had to rush order a new debit card because of this establishment
