Unfortunately, I ordered the oil from Facebook. It said "free" sample and they used Dr. Phil's name. I was charged "because I didn't cancel in 14 days." Nowhere did I see that disclaimer. I got a second sample and was charged again. I called and canceled immediately. This time I was charged $50. In my opinion, I got taken and it's a scam. The product ist useless. Don't order anything.

I did order CBD oil and gave permission to pay for shipping only as this was an advertisement for free trail of oil pay shipping only. I received the CBD oil and gummies, I did not order gummies. I was bill 6.95 & 6.97 for shipping & handling than two weeks later I was billed through my bank for 89.92. I called the company ( keto fit pro supplement) they cancelled my subscription, which I never made, and said they would refund 40.00 but no more than that and that the advertisement stated call within 14 days to not be charged, there was no such statement, they than said I needed to take the matter up with company who makes this oil & gummies, which the bottles say Natural Grow RX from Lexington, Ky 40509. My bank statement says company billing was keto fit pro supplement from My 488 w. Terry clove to. I have been scammed by one of these company's or more. Nothing was ever stated that I was going to be billed for two separate items nor did it say I would be billed 89.92 two weeks later and I also feel not returning full amount of 89.92 and the second shipping & handling charge of 6.97 is a rip-off. I live on Social Security Disability and cannot afford this amount of money and had I known I would never ordered. The main reason I ordered was because the advertisement stated that this product was made by Dr.Phil, Dr.Oz & Dr.Sanjay Gupey with & through Harvard Doctors and it was a main advertisement on Facebook with statement's from the above listed Doctors. My bank account is now overdrawn and I cannot pay my last bill of the month because of this as I have stated I live on a limited income and I was interested because of who was endorsing the product but never did it say it was going to cost me a total of 103.84. I am asking for help in getting my money back and to try and stop this false advertising. I feel Facebook needs to do something about this type of scamming on there site and how do they get away with using Famous people claiming they made this product when they know nothing about these products. All false advertising and money scamming deals.

I purchased on line, through what I was lead to believe by the ad was a company owned by Tiger Woods and would order only 1 trial sample, not 2.
On 1/4/20 I purchased on line through MAXSLIMTESTO.com a trial sample of CBD oil. On the checkout form they added "GUMMIES" which I did NOT order. On 1/4/20 they charged me $6.97 which was accurate for the CBD oil and $6.95 apparently for the Gummies which I did not want ordered - but in order to "check out" and pay for the CBD oil they had added the Gummies and I could not delete that part of the order. I felt, fine, send both it's not that much of an expense. On 1/21/20 they charged me $89.92 on 2 separate Visa credit cards and on 1/24/20 they charged me $89.73 on one Visa credit card. I called an 800 number = 844-200-0988 and talked with a customer service person named Connie. She told me that the trial after 14 days became a monthly service. I told her (a) I never saw that claim in the fine print on line and (b) usually there is a 30 day trial for such products.
She then told me, after checking with a manager, that I would receive a $60.00 credit back for the additional monthly charges. In essence charging me a "penalty fee" of $29.92 TWICE for a single purchase, which I am sure they would claim was for 2 products ordered - the CBD oil and Gummies - of which I only wanted to order the trial CBD oil and nothing further.
I now have been billed a third time in the amount of $89.92 on 1/21/20 to a different Visa credit card!!!
I have been billed a total of $290.44 to date and have received only the "trial" order of CBD oil and the "gummies". I have not received any other product while being billed $290.44 - I have now received only a total credit of $120.00. So in summary I have paid $170.44 for a "trial" $7 product!!!
The service person Connie gave me a "cancellation" number of *** Via emails I have received cancellation #s of XXXXXXXXXX, 43EBEXXXXX, *** XXXXXXCB8.
I want this unethical fraudulent practice with this company to cease and desist. I have advised my Visa card company not to accept any more charges from this most unethical and fraudulent company.
They go by the name MAXSLIMTESTO and HEMPVIVE. I fail to see where they have any relationship with Tiger Woods or any other athlete they claim endorses their products.
I am reporting this company as completely unethical, fraudulent, usavory and deceitful.
In summary I want $170.44 refunded to me for misleading and fraudulent business practices.

Add me to the list-duped by HempVive. They promote a "free sample," but somehow start sending more product. In my case, an $89.92 charge within a short time period after requesting the sample and before I could discover their tactic, they charged another $89,92. I did receive one additional bottle and within 24 hours sent it back, expecting that they will not accept it. I canceled my credit card and refused payment of the above charges. In my cover letter with the returned product, I informed them that I was filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, Ashley M.

I intend to follow through and file the complaint tomorrow.

This company takes advantage of prospects (suckers) by not clearly disclosing the "subscription" aspect of customer responses and beginning to charge various amounts for "CBD oil, supplements, etc. I believe they actually may put charges through under other company names

My sample order of oil and gummies from Hempvive turned into a yearly order with out my permission. My order was put on a Bank Americard but no success yet in getting help from my bank. Any suggestions? The bank may be part of the problem.

Have tried numerous times to get a refund from these people for charges on my debit card. Getting a total run around for almost 2 months.

Placed online order for trials of Hempvive On 1/2/2020, my debit card was charged $6.97 and $6.95 for these trials. On 1/17/2020, debit card charged $89.73 at once I contacted bank and closed out my debit card. They tried to charge me again for $89.73. Called company. Told me they could only authorize a $40 refund. Said that was not suitable to me. Then was told they could refund $69. Told them I wanted the whole amount of $89.73. They him hawed around and finally said I was authorized for a full refund on 1/24/2020 by Erica. She said I would receive check in 7-10 business days. It is now 2/12/2020no check. Called again 2 days ago and spoke with DJ. She said she emailed "someone" to check if check had been processed and would return my call within 24-48 hours. Still haven't heard from her

I was scammed by HempVive as well. I paid the Shipping and handling for my "free" sample of their CBD oil and Gummies. They told me that I had to cancel the order within 14 days or I would be charged for the product. They took my payment for the shipping and handling, but the product didn't show until 15 or 16 days later giving my no opportunity to cancel. They charged me almost $190.00 for the CBD oil and the gummies. The other issue is that this *** doesn't do anything to relieve my lower back pain. Might as well take two advil with a glass of water. I'd get better pain relief that way. Absolute garbage. Live and learn. My $190.00 is gone for good. You can't trust anyone anymore. No morals anymore. Just look who's leading this Country. People are a-holes. I had to leave a star rating. The smallest amount was 1. What I actually wanted to leave was 0 stars.

This product was advertised on FB as an aid to quit smoking. They offered a trial order for paying the shipping. I ordered the product. I was not only charged the $13.92 for shipping but two weeks later charged $89.73 and 89.92!! The young man I talked to said there was a box to check on the form or the order would not go through. There was not info or boxes to check on the FG ad. When I press ok the page disappeared and has not been on FB since. Should have known then it was a scam. I can buy CBD oil all day long at the dispensary for $17.95. He did offered me $55.00 back out of $193.57-NOT GOOD ENOUGH! He also told me they had tried to access my account in January and February and were declined each time. Social Security doesn't stretch that far some months. This is thievery at its best. I did tell the young man he should look for a different job instead of working for thieves.

I stopped payment on the credit card for both payments. I never signed up for any further shipments and was never told they would continue at that price. I did this backward - I should have looked at the reviews first.
I called the company at 888 281-9122 to ask to not be put into a monthly delivery and was told that I needed to pay $89 because I had 14 days and that they were up.
I told them that they were a scam and that I would report them.
I am glad that I used the credit card - they will be unable to get additional funds from me.

I feel cheated. I don't believe their advertisement explains it well enough. And when I talk to the person on the phone they were very rude. Like I was just a sucker did they quit crying.I was under the impression that this was a company dealing with Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. I hope they see all these complaints if it is.
