I placed and paid for an order with this company over ten days ago, and they have yet to even ship it. This wouldn't be an issue if I could contact someone from the company to discuss the delay, but they are impossible to reach via telephone and their online services are quite inadequate. I've requested a refund multiple times, with no response yet.
