The product in question is drop-shipped from a separate location A refund was not possible until we could verify that there was indeed a shipment error and that the product would not arrive following the requested refundThis was explained through emailsThe purchase has been cancelled and refunded
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hemper regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Got in contact with another person at the company after emails back and forthThey said they would send me out a new one the next day and that was six
days agoHe also told me I would receive a tracking email by that weekend and to email him if I didn't receive anythingI emailed him two days ago and still have not heard anything.
