I chose Hembrook based on a recommendation to service our very complex boiler based heating system, and was not disappointed. The original installation done by the builder's original heating contractor was a total jimmyrig. Instead of telling me it needed to be totally replaced, he came up with an affordable action plan and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price.
Shortly after this, a carpeting installer put a nail thru the plastic heat pipes in the floor and again, the owner and his obviously very experienced crew fixed the problem with minimal damage to the existing poured floor.
