Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2017/05/10) */ Hello, Our Records indicate that the customer is in a chargeback process with the credit card company. At this time, the chargeback processor and the credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and provide any refunds... they deem substantiated and necessary. Any result from this claim dispute would be final and we are unable to assist the customer. Thank you. Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2017/05/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I am fine if they don't argue the dispute, but I have two billing cycles to wait through. I still think they are sneaky in the way they get their very expensive auto orders, so I don't trust them until I get through the two billing cycles. They must make a lot of money from people that don't check their credit card bills, especially the elderly. Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 13, 2017/05/11) */
