Terrible job done! While he seems knowledgable we did not get a lot of what we were promised and after 6 weeks of begging for him to finish we're just left with a crap job. On top of being threatened to be beat up if I "DARE" leave a review he also continually threatened to cause me bodily harm & damage to my property. DO NOT deal with this company unless you want *** poor work as a result with a never ending amount of lies to cover up his incompitence. Also stole property from the tenant that is now currently on site which we have on camera. This company sucks & Todd *** is a liar. Feel free to find pictures of my project on *** that shows his terrible work. Paid $3,500 in full and received about 75% of the work & 100% of the headache.

Hired this company for fence repair and paid $600. Never finished and even damaged more fence. No communication. Supposedly bought supplies for $300 but won't bring them to me. Don't ever use this company.

Hired H.E.R Outdoors to pour a concrete pad. HER promised to fix splash concrete on home, resurface pad & cut pad due to footings moved. Owner dodged job completion with multiple promises to show up- security system shows never showed up. Took to small claims and agreed to stipulation, which owner is in default. Now further action continues due to several unkept promises to resolve dispute.

Was really endeared with his Mother's Breast Cancer fight and stated donation to local charity as my wife is currently fighting and this was promised to be done before her surgery in August.

I would NOT recommend HER Outdoors services anywhere in the state of Florida based on our experiences.
