We did not have a contract with [redacted] We however did paint a home on [redacted] AveWe had issues appear a few weeks after the job was complete with a few bubbles appearing due to no fault of our ownWe did however resolve the issue on two different occasionsWe had our rep from Sherwin Williams come to the job site and also contact Mrs [redacted] to explain to her that it was a adhesion issue with the old paint and had nothing to do with our job [redacted] the owner of the the home became hostile and threatening and had a friend come scrape a few bubbles and do damage to her home and insist that I come fix itShe was a problem customer from the beginning and we did everything we could to make her happyShe even withheld any payment for months to make sure no bubbles came backAfter the paint job she had stated that all the neighbors house had similar issuesShe should have told us this in the beginningWe got MANY positive comments on her home after the job was finishedWe have tried to resolve the issue with Mrs [redacted] but we can't fix someone else's damage without a new contract
