Review: Help u build in San Antonio Texas, failed to refund deposit

My husband and I contracted with Help U Build to build our home. We were unable to get funding for the project. There were not many banks willing to do business with Help U Build. The only lender that would do business with them, kept asking for more and more money. When we decided to go another route, we contacted help u build by email and phone several times and never received a response. To be honest, we didn't even think of getting our $1000.00 deposit back until after a year. I did read the contract and I didn't see, or couldn't find an expiration date.Desired Settlement: My one thousand dollars deposit
