Help My Headlights

Review: I hired this company to come out and clean the headlights on my car. They came out in November 2013... I was satisfied with the work, so I purchased the 1 yaar warranty. Within a year, my headlights started to look as they did before. I started to contact the business to get they cleaned again, with no answer. Someone finally texted me, with instructions to get teh warranty process going. I did what they said, and they never contacted me again despite repeated attempts.Desired Settlement: I would still like my headlights to be cleaned since I paid for the warranty.

Review: I purchased a service from the company online. That process was very straightforward. When I tried to schedule the service (cleaning of headlights) I got multiple messages saying the scheduling supervisor would be in touch with me shortly. I never received any follow-up and the service remains incomplete after months of trying.Desired Settlement: If they will do the job within 2 weeks I would like it done. If they cannot I would like a cash refund.

Review: I purchased a headlight restoration service deal from Help My Headlights via amazonlocal.com in December of 2013 for the Chicago area location. Due to the weather conditions the company request, I scheduled the service to be done in April 2014 using their scheduling web page. I did not receive notice from the provider of confirmation. There was absolutely no point of contact . After leaving multiple voicemails for the businesses Chicago representative, writing letters to the company via their online contact page, and attempts to schedule the appointment again, not once was I contacted. My purchase deal expired on June 13, 2014. I attempted one last time to correct the matter and have either the job done or receive a full refund. The company failed to return any response.Desired Settlement: I want the service that I purchased to be done in a timely manner. I also intended to purchase the protective clear coat service as I stated on the scheduling website. I would like that additional fee to be waived.
