Review: HelloMissApple's return policy is one of the worst I have ever seen. I wanted to return four rings from order #[redacted], which are brand new. My finger size is too small, and they kept falling off. I requested a return the day after I received the package. They emailed me and said that they offer exchange or store credit only, regardless if it's brand new or not. I stated the fact that their return policy is one of the worst on the market, and it won't keep customers coming back. Then they just never reply my email or give me a return address. This company also does not have a phone number listed on the site, which does not look legit. They don't have an address (P.O. Box only), no phone, and no email reply. They are scamming consumers and just ignore customers' complaints. I guess I am not the only one who got scammed by this company. Please help. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
