Review: I'm here to try and get my money back I ordered a part for my bike from Helio Motorized Bicycles. On the date of 02/22/2013 with the grand total being 245.94 and it is now 04/26/2013 I have not yet to receive the item I have perched. Iv called them at lest 20-25 times iv failed to get any response . All I would like is to get my money back.Desired Settlement: Just to get my money back please.

Review: I ordered a bike from Helio Bikes. The bike did not arrive complete with all of the parts that were advertised by the seller. Also, no assembly instructions. Some parts were different than what was advertised and some parts were outright not included in the shipment. I have had several exchanges with the owner of the company who has several times committed that he would send the parts that were missing. Seller has still not made good on the deal, now 7 weeks after my credit card was charged.Desired Settlement: I would like the seller to ship to me the parts that were missing from the original shipment. Primarily, the seller owes me hand grips and a fender for the bike. The seller has acknowledged that he owes me hand grips and a fender, but 7 weeks after charging my credit card, he has still failed to put them in the mail to me. This is even overlooking the fact that he sent different handlebars than were advertised, and a different seat than was advertised. I just want to receive what I paid for.

We have answered the customers questions and have been waiting for the product to get here as it is on backorder. We have shipped the grips and are still waiting on the fenders to show up. Factory states that we will receive them early next week
