They groomed my dog cut his face in multiple places, his eye as well as his abdominal area. I have taken my dog here a few times. The first time they did an ok job nothing fancy. The second time he came home with a small cut on his face. I thought maybe it was an accident and didn't mention it again. Today we took him to be groomed and he came home with his face scratched and cut as well as his abdominal area scratched and cut. They also grazed his eye and he is having trouble opening it even several hours later. When he was picked up today this was mentioned and we made the lady aware we were not happy with services and told them we would not be coming back they seemed to not care. We were told we would still have to pay full price for services and no other options were offered from their business. Desired SettlementWould like a full refund and if his eye requires a vet visit for antibiotic drops this should be covered by their office as well.
