Review: On 9/*/2015, I was wrongfully evicted. Mr. Oliver from Helen & Son's Movers along with his co-workers removed ALL my furniture from my apartment. I contacted them to arrange to pick up my furniture. On 9/**/2015, I was informed by Mr. Oliver he need to get my furniture from the warehouse and I had to make sure I had a truck big enough to transfer it from one truck to another. He stated I needed to pay $392.00 warehouse fee and $540.00 to have them move it. I advised him I can only pay $392.00 warehouse fee. On 9/**/2015, I called Mr. Oliver and advise him I was going to donate my furniture to the Salvation Army [redacted]. I was going to take my clothes, 2 TV's and whatever item that is my personal and the Salvation Army can have the rest. Mr. Oliver informs me that I would be to have men to remove the stuff off the truck. According to his contract it states "All furniture shall be placed once at destination (s)." It doesn't ,mention I will be responsible to remove my own furniture from his truck. These men on the day they removed my furniture. I had cameras in my apartment before they were removed, they drank my liquor, ate my food and just because they couldn't remove the treadmill they cut the cord. My glass doors to my TV console were broken and a round glass that belong to one of my side tables also shattered.Desired Settlement: I feel I am being taken because I am a female. I would like to refunded the cost of the warehouse fee for my loss.
