This realtor is unethical and should not be allowed to continue breaking the code of ethics for realtors in NY. After we planned to move into a home we signed a contract for, she conveniently found another family to pay full asking price to break our contract. She's a scam artist and should not be allowed to work! Please stay away from any house that Helen S[redacted] had listed, she is not honest or moral. You will regret it.
