Review: I am requesting a return and full refund of $278.11 for four bras I purchased that did not fit me correctly. I purchase four bras from Helen of Troy Bras for $ 278.11 on June **, 2013. They did not fit correctly, left marks, imprints of lace and were not symmetrical. This became evident after I wore them for more than an hour. The store had a return policy of 14 days. I went to the store on July **, 2013 to return the four bras. The [redacted] of store convinced me that there was nothing wrong with the fit. After wearing them again they still did not fit correctly. Upon calling them on July **, 2013 for return, they refused the return stating I had them to long.Desired Settlement: Upon getting my full refund credited to my credit card I will return the four bras which I wore limited until I discovered they did not fit properly before the return period.
