Review: This dry cleaners lost 2 pairs of my pants and told me that I need to bring in a receipt showing the price of both pairs of pants so that they will go and buy me the same pants. Meanwhile, the pants were purchased a very long time ago and I did not have any receipt to give them. They then told me that I should bring in fabric similar to the pants that they lost and they will go to the store and purchase pants with that same fabric. This was the only way they said I would be compensated for the loss. When I explained that I do not know where to find fabric and I wasn't going to spend my time doing that because it is a request which I have no time for, the worker started yelling in my face to get out of the store and that I was being racist. Also, she said she would not give me any money and I deserved to get my pants lost. The worst customer service I have ever seen and went against their own policy that they would compensate for lost items not over a certain amount of dollar value (which my pants were under).Desired Settlement: I would like the business to refund me at least half of the cost of both pants which is around $60.
