Review: This company installed our new state mandated septic system in July, 2012. I questioned the lack of creativity or followup of the original diagram by another company's permit. and my concern about the system being too shallow with a minimal slant was ignored. The backhoe operator submitted an inflated bill $300 over actual time otj which I refused to pay. The backhoe operator 'damaged' the 2nd drywell but left it unfilled and with rocks sitting on the top opening in place of the lid. The hole is huge - about 15' deep and 8' wide at the bottom. The rocks and surrounding dirt are settling and collapsing. We fear this will eventually become a massive sinkhole without further warning. Heinzen refuses to even answer our call! The owner is very aware of the problem as is the county, but no action is planned to complete the contract. DISGUSTED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONALAL CONDUCT OF THIS COMPANY.
Acceptable remedy would be to return with backhoe and reopen the collapsing hole and fill the hole with fill dirt or sand as promised when bidding. This is a very dangerous hole and would leave a deep opening. The collapse could occur with children around the patio, resulting in extensive litigation and probable closure of the business. These items are for public and verifiable viewing to potentiate my position that this business is unprofessional and ignores health and safety issues left behind from their work here.Desired Settlement: Open hole in lawn, fill hole with fill dirt of approximately 17 cubic yards or more, and level hole. Repair any new ruts as the lawn has already been professionally landscaped. There will be no charge for the completion of the agreement to fill both dry wells. No current snow and a freezing ground make this time optimal, but that is a choice Heinzen must make. Spring will not erase any problems and will further aggrevation...........

Response:
This past June, Heinzen sent a young man here to see the hole and assess the repair and completion. He returned several days later with another young man and they collapsed the open hole and filled it with a truckload of fill dirt. While I do have ruts in the lawn from their work, the work done was satisfactory but 2 years late. I request that my complaint remain on your site until 7/15 since that is the same amount of time Heinzen waited to even send an employee here to review the complaint. After that period of time I will consider removing the complaint. It must serve as a legitimate warning to prospective customers that this business has serious communication and follow-up issues.
