Heim's Bridal & Apparel Shop

This business is terrible. They get their tuxedos from Dubois which is a tux company inside malls. They upcharge and will not honor DuBois coupons. They do not know how to measure appropriately. Never informed me that the Tux needed to be back on Monday by 3:00. Wanted to charge me a $25.00 late fee when no where was it printed or did I sign anything agreeing to this. Another groomsman returned their tux at 3:30-3:45 today, next business day and was not charged a late fee. What kind of business are they running? The associate could not come up with a policy and neither could the manager. They better not charge my bank account or I will file fraudlent charges

My daughter and I went to Heim's to look at a specific bridesmaid dress that they said they had in stock. Driving nearly an hour each way to get their, I was glad to see on their website that they were open until 7:00 PM Monday through Friday since I would be coming later in the day. We arrived at 6:45 Monday, and they were already closed. The following day, WE arrived at 5:53, only to find the sales clerk meeting my daughter and I at the door saying it was 6:00 and they were closed. After stating that it was not yet 6:00 and the website says that the store is open until 7:00 and we were just looking at one bridesmaid dress, we were just abruptly told that the owner changed the time and we could not come in. We explained the long drive two days in a row and her attitude was 'too bad' We went to the parking lot and were talking about what to do next. At 6:00, another car pulled in the space next to mine, two people got out and were let into the store. They came out of the store several minutes later with what appeared to be a dress in a garment bag and left. The sales clerk then also left. This is not the type of customer service that we would expect from any business. We will definitely be going to a different bridal shop and with four family weddings this summer and fall will certainly not be recommending Heim's. I would trust that they would do what they say they would.
