Review: I purchased a vehicle from Heiland Auto Sales in February 2014. I Purchased a GAP insurance policy for $795.00 through the dealer but a policy was never opened for me. I have a copy of the contract on hand. The owners have changed since then. [redacted] owned the dealership when I purchased my vehicle. His cell phone number is ###-###-####. I have reached out to him with no response. This leads me to believe this was a fraudulent charge instead of a mistake. He now owns Central Coast Auto Wholesale in Nipomo, CA ###-###-####. Thank You for your time!Desired Settlement: I want my $795.00 refunded.

Review: My problem with Heiland Auto Sales is that they have refused to make this situation any better by offering any kind of reasonable resolution. According to Adrian Gonzales, the General Sales Manager-"Eric" the owner, states that because I purchased a car from them at a reduced rate ($3,000.00) they feel that they have done all they can for me. Vehicle was listed at $3,999.00. I believe this to be a disreputible business practice. Heiland Auto Sales should sell reliable and safe vehicles NO MATTER what the cost. This is a clear case of consumer victimization by a disreputable dealer.Desired Settlement: On 8-22-2011 I purchased a used vehicle for $3,000.00. On 8-2302011 The vehicle I purchased for $3,000.00 blew-up. Dealer refuses any resolution.
