Heights Tavern

Review: I want to complain about the false advertising at the heights tavern website. It states they have bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys for $12 on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 3pm. I called them a day before we went to make sure, I called them at 7:32 and the female whom answered said they had bottomless mimosas and bloody marys for $12 on Sundays. We went on Sunday sept 15 at 10am and the waitress told us they don't do that on Football days. We told her it doesn't state that on their website and we asked for a manager. The manager on duty told us that they didn't have enough champagne to do the bottomless mimosas, then she said they had stop doing that last week but hadn't had time to update their website. Really? They had the entire week to do so, and what about their staff? They need to know what they are selling so they don't misinform customers. This is not about the mimosas this about the way they do business. They need to do what they are advertising.Desired Settlement: They need to update their website and apologize for making people go there based on their advertisement. They also need to have some kind of integrity and they need to know they can't get away by doing this kind of false advertisement.
