Review: My roommate and I have been unable to pay our rent bill this month, as the online service that the real estate company uses is down. We have tried contacting the company multiple times, through email, phone, and checking their website, but nothing has come up. Our emails bounce back, and the phone lines are now dead. As my roommate and I do not want to be held liable for not paying our rent on time, we want to make sure the company contacts us with appropriate information.Desired Settlement: We need confirmation to know that Heights Realty is still in existence, and that we can pay our rent without issue.
