Review: The job was supposed to include "[redacted]". The kid they brought in to do the painting was totally incompetent and did a job which is completely unacceptable, and he got paint on the brass cremone bolt. I took a picture of the poorly painted trim and sent it to HeightsWoodworking and followed it up with a phone call (several weeks ago) and was told they would take care of the problem, but they have never responded.Desired Settlement: They should send a qualified painter here to do the job right, and to paint the weathered area at the bottom of one of the doors which they never painted at all.
