I am rejecting this response because: The welcome letter previously attached clearly lists that our rent includes trash and pet fees in our monthly rentAdditionally the lease states that all addendums within the lease are included within the total rent, which we have been paying since July of Since *** *** took over the management of the property in mid-December - they have increased our monthly rent to include additional trash fees which we have already been paying since July of We did not have any issues prior to *** *** taken over and have been paying the same amount of rent until they purchased the property in mid-December as the property manager statedI do not accept this response from the business

We have over paid on our account as you have been collecting an additional trash fee and raised our monthly rent without our knowledge or consentWe will not pay this “additional trash fee” and our ledger needs to be corrected with the actually agreed upon lease and credited for the additional trash fees already paid since January

BB ResponseTo whom it may concern;[redacted] a resident of The Heights at Bear Creek moved in to the apartment in July 2016. Since[redacted] took over management in mid-December 2016, effective January 1, 2017 billing,[redacted] has billed the residents on exactly what their lease reads....
The rent listed on the leasecontract section 5, is just the rent billed on a monthly basis and pet rent from the Pet Addendum if thebox was marked that the pet rent is included in the listed rent amount in section 5. The UtilityAddendum lists out trash and all other utilities completely separate. The monthly trash amount is notincluded in the listed rent amount in section 5 of the lease contract.
