Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/08/06) */ After weeks of trying to accommodate Ms [redacted] , which included several appointments with [redacted] to consult and give services, we found we could not make her happyIn a total of visits in weeks, we offered her several different options that we thought were fairWe offered her an amount of $and free services in the salon as well as free productShe accepted this offer of cash via email and opted not to take the salon servicesShe then impersonated [redacted] and called the Klix Extension Hair Company pretending to ask about hair extensionsShe then proceeded to harass and slander us on several social media sites as well as threatened to try and take away [redacted] 's licenseWe asked her to stop on several occasions, she said she would but did notRealizing she was going to harass and slander us for something we thought we had resolved when she accepted our original offers we paid her an amount of $So Ms [redacted] has been paid back a large amount of money for extensions that she wore for several weeksWe arevery sorry that she was unhappy with her services here Thank you, Heidi's Salon and Spa
