ON 10/31/14 the customer returned to my store with the bag she purchased - There were some threads coming from the handle - I offered to take the bag back and she could pick out another bag at the same price - she said that she wanted to keep the original band and proceeded to pick out another bah and matching wallet (which should have been after discount including tax $155.00 but because of the problem with the bag that she wanted to keep I gave her both for a total price (including tax) for $95.00 for both. I did more than was necessary to have a happy customer - I never talked her into another purchase. If she had taken the new bag and returned the one with a problem I would have been able to return it to my supplier as damaged but she said that she wanted to keep it and cut the strings off. Otherwise I would never have given her the price I did on the new bag and matching wallet. I hope this explains what really happened.
