The reason for my complaint is Hedingham Homes refuses to fix my central air unit completely or replace it.I have contacted the office several times in the past 2 months about my ac unit. The issue that I'm having is for example if it's 85 degrees outside and I have my ac set to 73 the inside temperature will not drop below 79. Not only is it warm inside but because the temperature doesn't drop this causes the air to not cut off which will cause my light bill to be very high. I have taken several pictures at different times during the day that shows the temperature at 79 but set at 73. I should not have to run fans on if the ac is working properly. I have been asking this to be fixed since April, they'll send somebody out and I'm always told it's working fine but I don't see how when my kids, wife and I are sweating inside. There are also other tenants that have this issue because the technician said that there were at least 6 other units with an issue with their ac.Desired SettlementI would like for them to replace the ac unit or let us out the lease because it is too hot not to have the ac working properly.
