needs to be cleaned. These are not covered under warranty and are not free services/repairs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  I have been employed in customer service in banking for several years and I know the importance of honesty. First of all, although he claims that the store did not carry the fitting I was trying to return, it clearly says on the receipt that I purchased the fitting at that store. Whether or not he was aware of the store carrying that product (which he should have been), is it to be assumed that I would suddenly be allowed to purchase something they did not carry and I somehow was able to have that product appear on the receipt through sheer will?
