3-of each item for my boutiqueI spoke with *** *** before ordering dresses and told her about custom ordersWith custom/bulk orders we do not give a refund or exchangeI sent *** *** a size chart with or more different pictures of dresses*** stated she wanted to order the black body con dress with fluttered sleevesI told *** *** that it's a fitted body con dressShe said that's the dress they all agreed to orderingWhen I place a big order with the manufacture I cannot return those dresses unless they are damagedThat's why my policy with bulk orders cannot be return or exchangeThat's why I sent a size chart and picturesI wasn't able to send a sample because I didn't have that particular dress in stock and *** *** was aware of that before placing a big order*** *** did all the measurements of the ladies and she sent the measurements to me and ordered dresses*** *** called me on Monday 30th of October and left a message stating, Hey Patricia this is *** and I have some terrible terrible newsI tried on my dress which is a size 3X and it is extremely tight and I used to wear 1x So we won't be able to wearSo if you would please give me a call as soon as you canI called *** *** back and told her I don't do exchanges or refunds with bulk orders and that she was already aware of thatShe started demanding a refundI told *** *** I was out of town at the time and was going to call her soon as I get back in townOn Wednesday, 11/1/I received a text from *** *** stating that she's sending all dresses back and demanding a full refund of 1,I text *** *** back and told her please do not send those dresses backI told *** *** those dresses was ordered specifically for you guys. *** *** never gave the other ladies their dresses to try on she only went by how her dress fitI called *** *** church which is *** *** *** in Texas who wrote the checkMy husband and myself have been talking back and forth with *** church working to get this matter resolved*** *** at *** *** Church is well aware of the situation*** *** said he will give us a call on Wednesday, 11/29/so we can get this issue resolved
