I took my KIA to Heaven Sent to get a quote on repairing the brakes on my KIAI was told that I needed a new master cylinder and it would cost over $to tepsirI took it to the KIA dealership and found that there was nothing wrong the master cylinder, just a little air in the brake line.my daughter had her AC go out on her Nissan Altima and I called to see about an estimate for a repairI was told that a diagnostic would cost $ Which was expected however like most repair shops, they do not put that money toward the repair if you have it doneYou have to pay the $on top of the repsirAny time I have ever had to have a diagnostic done on a car, it was always taken off the final bill if you have them do the repsirsI understand charging if you don't have the repairs done Needless to say I will not be returning to Heaven Sent

I took it to the KIA dealership and found that there was nothing wrong the master cylinder, just a little air in the brake line.my daughter had her AC go out on her Nissan Altima and I called to see about an estimate for a repair. I was told that a diagnostic would cost $60
Which was expected however like most repair shops, they do not put that money toward the repair if you have it done. You have to pay the $60 on top of the repsir. Any time I have ever had to have a diagnostic done on a car, it was always taken off the final bill if you have them do the repsirs. I understand charging if you don't have the repairs done.
Needless to say I will not be returning to Heaven Sent.
