on 4/21/my boyfriend *** *** was boating along the *** pass area where they are dredging the area when one of their dredg pipes came loose from the dredge boat and did not have it mark at the time when he hit the pipe with our boat may contact with employees that took picture and incident report of the accident and gave *** information on who would be contacting him or who he could contactAnd they also advised him to take the boat to the shop and get an estimate done on the damages and that they would pay for itAnd we did and not they will not return our calls or email I have been calling since 5/7/and has been speaking to a lady names *** and she has advised that is would be a guy name *** that would be handling then issue and she would give him the message and I call every week and he will not return my calls and now supposedly he is on vacationi even got video proving that the pipe was not mark when it was hit and the time
